Together Everyone Achieves More-TEAM.

It's after a long time that my key board was missing my fingers!! - After a short rest...today my views on "TEAM"

All most all organizations believe that their long term survival is due to their inspiring 'team-spirit'.  In today's corporate style of working the team really need not be within the premise. In-fact, with the global nature of work, people across boundaries get well connected and establish a strong understanding and co-ordination among them and formulate a "TEAM." It is really surprising, that how an effective 'team' can be formulated without being into a physical environment. Is the 'Net or 'Mobile' technology like Skype, or 'Whats up' enough to generate professional intimacy? I would personally say 'Yes' because professional intimacies are virtual in nature and are meant to achieve organizational goals. As this benefits in totality people within the organization accept this and move ahead. Thus distance is also no longer a barrier for formulating 'Team'.

It is just not enough to have teams or generate more teams in the organizations, but is a matter of the spirit within the co-workers to achieve organizational goals. Obviously even devotion and dedication are the important to form an adorable team.

The features of a good team according to me can be as follows:
1) Commitment towards achievements.
2) Trust among team members.
3) Team members should share their perspectives with each other.
4) All the members in the team should be responsive and aware of each others work.
5) Team members should be accomodative with situations.

Team members should never have within a thought of bureaucracy which leads to loss of organization for their individual benefits. Such bureaucracies are hazardous not only to individuals in the team, but become a challenge to the survival of the organization.

Though high team spirit leads to the success of an organization, but Team spirit alone is unlikely to cause a group to succeed at whatever it is engaged in, but it might help when the fundamentals are in place (clear objectives, strong communication, leadership alignment and support, basic business fundamentals, etc.).
According to me "Team-Spirit" is a high level of alignment between people working together for the growth of an organization. Even according to Joseph Logan (A coach and Mentor for Teams) mentioned that 'Team spirit would be a sense of mutual respect and connection, presumably with a high level of trust and a sense of group purpose. That probably implies a high level of alignment about values."

Thanks a lot Friends!!- I keep on replying most of the mails, however I express my sincere apologies to you for the delay caused if any.
