ABOUT INTERFERENCE & INTERVENE.
Today whilst I was going through the newspaper, I read about a phrase on "Interference",
The phrase is " The most important thing to do in your life is not to interfere with somebody else's life". However, there are many such phrases on interference. The point is whether to interfere into someone's life or not? The answer to this is "NO. One should understand the difference between "Intervene" and "Interference" which is not taken into consideration by many. Remember interference is generally undesired but intervening may be desired depending on the need of the needy.

Many times interference is undesired and can cause serious repercussions and can damage a system or even an individual. Interference is often an unwanted noise and obviously not appreciated. An important observation is that 'interference ' irritates and may add to ambiguity in consistency of work, can also lead to suspicions, it can spoil the rhythm of the the system and spoil the harmony of the work culture.
I have come across people, who in the process of helping their loved ones cross the border line of helping and start interfering instead of helping the needy, this becomes a matter of pain to the needy then.
I have also noticed people interfering in their loved ones or favorable ones to help them in changing their destiny which in turn becomes a problem to the needy or the system.
Does Interference has any 'positive' side of it? Very very rarely 'Yes', remember the undesired interferences can be eliminated by introducing the 'desired interference' especially for making or implementing policies, used in diplomacies.
Intervening:
This may be helpful in leading to avoid mal-consequences, or influences in happenings. Intervening is not hazardous unless it is restricted towards maintaining positive results. The intervener has to be honest, and lawful. Intervening is also beneficial and may be mandatory to resolve critical issues which cannot be settled between parties easily.
In corporate management overall, the goals of crisis resolution via intervening are to prevent violence in the short term, and in the long term, to assist the victim's return to normal cognitive, emotional and behavioral functioning and avoid crisis recurrence.
To conclude Intervening is by choice and interference cannot be chosen it is enforced, hence interference is undesirable and when is chosen becomes desirable 'Intervene' .
Thanks a lot.
